The unique combination of exclusively mineral soil, high thermal amplitude, and cooler, less humid winds allows us to preserve the health of our vines naturally. This helps us with our goal of zero pesticide residues.

We are also careful to leave natural vegetation cover between rows of vines, which helps to preserve biodiversity and curb the natural erosion of soil by runoff.

We are committed to using renewable and recyclable packaging that pollutes less:

·    we use lightweight bottles (meaning less glass and energy is used for manufacturing and less pollution during transport)

·    we keep things local by working with local suppliers (caps and labels produced in Roussillon)

·    we use recycled cardboard

·    we support paperless communications as much as possible by limiting printing (performed on recycled paper)
